Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. We ship the mats from our warehouse in Denmark, so the delivery price varies depending on the country. You can see the delivery price on the payment page.

There are no additional fees or charges.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We strive to ship orders within 2 business days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Within Denmark: Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days .

  • Throughout Europe: Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery process.

Where does my Little Ven play mat ship from?

We are based in Denmark, so your mat will be shipped from our warehouse in Aarhus, Denmark.

Are Little Ven play mats safe for my child?

YES!

As a mother of three, safety is my top priority, which is why Little Ven mats are independently tested and certified to the EN71 standard: a European safety standard that ensures products intended for children are free of harmful substances and safe to use.

Our mats are:

  • 100% PVC-free

  • Hypoallergenic , making them suitable for sensitive skin

  • Free from toxic substances , including BPA, formaldehyde, phthalates and DEHP

  • Free from harmful heavy metals , giving you and your family peace of mind

What are Little Ven mats made of?

Little Ven mats are made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) – A safer, non-toxic alternative to traditional materials like PVC and EVA, TPU is known for being eco-friendly, durable and easy to clean, making it the perfect choice for families who prioritize safety and sustainability.

Why TPU is better:

  • Non-toxic: Unlike PVC or EVA, TPU is free of harmful chemicals such as BPA, phthalates, formaldehyde, and heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium.

  • Eco-friendly: TPU is a sustainable and biodegradable material, ensuring that Little Ven mats are safe for your child and more environmentally friendly.

  • Durable and Safe: These lightweight yet durable mats offer a simple, solid design (unlike puzzle mats), eliminating the risks associated with loose pieces.

What sets Little Ven apart from other play mats?

Our mats are made from non-toxic TPU without PVC coating and are extra thick -15mm for extra comfort and support. Designed in Denmark, they are reversible, minimalist and made to fit beautifully into modern homes. Safe, soft and stylish without compromise.

Why are Little Ven play mats expensive?

We use high-quality, non-toxic materials and manufacture each mat in one solid piece - a process that is more complex and expensive than lower-quality puzzle mats or play mats. They are also extra thick (15mm) and heavy, which increases shipping and import costs.

But when you consider the cost per use, it's value for money. Unlike a bouncer or baby carrier that's only used for a few months, your play mat will be used daily: for tummy time, play, yoga or exercise - and it will last for years.

My play mat has a pressure mark - how can I remove it?

Our thick memory foam is designed to support and provide relief, so it is normal to see small pressure marks, especially when the mat is new. Knees, elbows and small feet may leave temporary indentations that usually fade over time. However, we recommend keeping heavy furniture away from the mat as this can cause deeper dents that will not fully heal.

Can I use my Little Ven play mat for exercise or Pilates?

Yes! Our mats are thick, supportive and soft enough for low impact workouts like yoga, pilates or stretching. Just avoid wearing shoes on the mat to keep the surface in good condition.

My Little Ven mat has creases and is not completely flat after unboxing - is this normal?

Yes, that's normal! Our mats are made of thick, high-quality memory foam, which provides amazing softness and support – but that also means it "remembers" how it was stored. Most pressure marks and indentations will flatten out within a few days, but in some cases it can take up to 1-2 weeks. Just roll it out and let it fall naturally.

Do you offer color samples?

No, unfortunately we do not offer color samples at this time.
