The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods from Littleven.com for delivery within the European Union.

 

ABOUT LITTLE VEN

Littleven.com is owned and operated by ESI KIDS ApS with CVR no. 45350479, hereinafter referred to as Little Ven.

 

PRODUCT RANGE AND PRICES

The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue production of products at any time without prior notice. Little Ven is not responsible for any changes, price adjustments, suspension or removal of products.

The prices at the time of order confirmation are valid, except in the event of errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, prices or images. All prices are inclusive of EU taxes.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are calculated in accordance with our shipping policies at the time of purchase. These can be reviewed on our Shipping Costs page.

Although we strive to display colors and patterns as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen differences.

 

 

ORDER

We accept payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment is only charged when your order has been shipped. All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our sole discretion. This may be due to inventory, technical issues, international shipping restrictions, or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.

Orders deemed to have been placed by resellers or distributors may also be limited or cancelled at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. These limits may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, payment card and/or billing or shipping address. If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions made in our store. In addition, you agree to promptly update your account information, including email addresses, payment cards, and expiration dates, to ensure the smooth processing of your orders and effective communication when necessary.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We ship to Denmark and several European destinations. Orders in Denmark are typically delivered within 1-5 business days. Orders from mainland Europe usually arrive within a week.

We use GLS for shipping, with delivery options to your home or the nearest GLS parcel shop.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 20-day return policy. The following conditions apply:

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all protective inner and outer layers, as received.

  • If the packaging has been opened, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded, as the product can no longer be resold.

  • Returns must be made within 20 days of receipt and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

  • Any defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Sale items may not be returnable.

STATUTORY WARRANTY

Little Ven play mats are covered by a two-year warranty under the Danish Sales Act, which applies to manufacturing defects when the product is used as intended.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse or improper maintenance (e.g. placing heavy objects on the mat or using abrasive cleaning agents).

  • Defects reported within the first 6 months: Full refund.

  • Errors reported between 6-12 months: 50% refund.

  • Errors reported between 12-24 months: 25% refund.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please see our return policy for more information.

If you experience a problem, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect.
