Little Ven - Refund Policy

At Little Ven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer all customers a no-questions-asked satisfaction guarantee.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition, with both the inner and outer protective packaging intact, just as you received it.

As our play mats are designed for babies and are used on the floor, we cannot resell mats that have been opened or used. Therefore, if the packaging has been opened or the product shows signs of use, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.

Products must be returned within 20 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Please inspect your play mat carefully upon receipt. We must be notified of any defects within 7 days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or you have received the wrong product.
