Shipping Policy

At Little Ven we ship to Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Germany and Belgium . Packages are sent from Denmark .

Shipping times

Orders placed during business hours are typically shipped the same business day or the following business day. Within Denmark, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information so you can follow the journey of your play mat to your door.

Should any unexpected problems arise, please contact us via the link in your order confirmation email. We will immediately investigate and resolve the issue.

If your mat arrives damaged, it is important to note and report this to the shipping company at the time of delivery.

Delivery costs

We use GLS for shipping within Denmark and the EU. On the payment page you can choose delivery to your home address or your nearest parcel shop. Please note that our packages weigh over 4 kg.
