At Little Ven, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we offer all customers a no-questions-asked money back guarantee.

To qualify for a full refund, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition, with both the inner and outer protective packaging intact, just as you received it.
Because our playmats are designed for babies and used on the floor, we cannot resell mats that have been opened or used. Therefore, if the packaging has been opened or the product shows signs of use, only 50% of the purchase amount will be refunded.
Products must be returned no later than 20 days after you receive your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Please inspect your playmat carefully upon receipt. Any defects must be reported to us within 7 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
