The following terms and conditions govern the sale of goods from Littleven.com for delivery within the European Union.

ABOUT LITTLE VEN

Littleven.com is owned and operated by ESI KIDS ApS with the CVR no. 45350479 hereinafter called Little Ven. 

PRODUCT RANGE & PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Little Ven is not liable for any changes, price adjustments, suspension, or removal of products.

Prices at the time of order confirmation are valid, except in cases of errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or images. All prices include EU taxes.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are calculated in accordance with our shipping policies at the time of purchase. These can be reviewed on our Shipping Costs page.

While we aim to display colors and patterns as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur due to screen differences.

ORDERS

We accept payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment is only charged once your order has been dispatched. All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at our discretion. This may occur due to stock availability, technical issues, international shipping restrictions, or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify you via the contact details provided at checkout.

Orders deemed to be placed by resellers or distributors may also be limited or cancelled at our discretion.

We reserve the right to decline any order placed with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, credit card, and/or billing or shipping address. If we make any changes to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all transactions made in our store. Additionally, you commit to promptly updating your account details, including email addresses, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, to ensure seamless processing of your orders and effective communication when necessary.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We ship to Denmark and several European destinations. Orders within Denmark are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders from mainland Europe usually arrive within one week.

We use GLS for shipping, with delivery options to your home or the nearest GLS parcel shop.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. The following conditions apply:

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all protective inner and outer layers, as received.
  • If the packaging has been opened, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded, as the product can no longer be resold.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
  • Any defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Sale items may not be eligible for returns.

STATUTORY WARRANTY

Little Ven play mats are covered by a two-year warranty under the Purchase Act, applicable to manufacturing defects when the product is used as intended.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care (e.g., placing heavy objects on the mat or using abrasive cleaners).

  • Defects reported within the first 6 months: Full refund.
  • Defects reported between 6–12 months: 50% refund.
  • Defects reported between 12–24 months: 25% refund.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refer to our return policy for further details.

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect.
